Is your plant getting too big, is it not doing as well as planned, or are you a bad match? Or are you looking for a plant to give a second lease of life? With us, you can donate your plant or adopt one!

The Plant Asylum Haarlem is open on: Tuesday evening from 7 pm to 9 pm community centre Alleman Alleman community centre, Jan Sluyterslaan 11

Donated plants are received with love and cared for where necessary. When a plant is completely healthy again, it is put up for adoption.

Voluntary contribution

The new adoptive father or mother can collect the plant for a voluntary contribution. Plant Shelter Haarlem is a volunteer organisation and is not out for profit, but has sustainability and a love for plants as its starting point.

Plant advice

Aside from donating and adopting houseplants, you can come to us for plant advice. Do you have a plant that isn't doing so well, but you'd really like to nurse it back to health yourself? Do you want to take a cutting from a plant, but don't know where to start?

Or are you looking for plant inspiration for a specific corner of your room, but don't know which plant would fit well? Feel free to contact us via Facebook, Instagram or email, or drop by sometime. We are happy to help!
